Preparing for our guests arrival.

We've had a very busy few days preparing for our guests staying in Stangwrach Cottage this week.
We removed a double bed and prepared the accessible bedroom for a very special lady returning for her second stay with us. She travelled with her own care team and brought her adapted bed and specialist equipment, so we worked alongside the delivery teams to ensure everything was in place before her arrival, all whilst we carried out our usual comprehensive clean! It was hot work, and both the delivery drivers and ourselves certainly appreciated a cold drink once everything was finished. One bonus of this beautiful weather is that all the laundry can be washed, dried and ironed in a single day!
Ash Tree Lodge also needed adapting for a larger group arriving yesterday. Two profiling beds, one with a single bed next to it was required in the same room, so we had a bit of furniture moving to do, but everything was ready in time for our guests' arrival.
Every guest has different needs, and we're always happy to go the extra mile to make sure they have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Seeing happy guests enjoying an accessible holiday is what makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Today we're finally taking a quieter day to recharge and enjoy the stunning, peaceful weather.
