Days like this are exactly why a stay at Stangwrach Holiday Cottages is special all year round.
We parked up at Coppet Hall Beach today — with handy toilets, a lovely café and restaurant right on site — and set off along the stunning coastline.
From here you can stroll along the beach to Saundersfoot, or head the opposite way towards Wiseman's Bridge and even on to Amroth if you’re feeling energetic. The route is joined by tunnels above the beach — with breathtaking seascapes at every turn.
Today we saw walkers, cyclists, dog walkers and families all enjoying the winter sea, sand and sunshine. Woolly hats, walking boots, gloves and wellies were definitely the order of the day!
A packed lunch is always a good idea… but there are plenty of fantastic foodie spots if you fancy a treat along the way.
With three beautiful 5⭐ award-winning cottages nestled in peaceful Carmarthenshire, we’re ideally placed for exploring both the stunning coastline and the beautiful Welsh countryside — giving you the very best of both worlds.
Our properties are also perfect for multi-generational family holidays, offering space to relax together while still having room of your own. We’re proud to provide wheelchair-friendly, accessible accommodation, making breaks away more comfortable for guests with reduced mobility.
Whether you’re planning a refreshing winter escape or looking ahead to spring (which is just around the corner, there’s so much to discover.
Come and breathe in that sea air…
