The cottage provides fantastic opportunity for adults to relax and children to play. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing last minute break. The setting was beautiful and the remote location provided solitude but was only a short distance from many enjoyable days out. The welcome we received from Grace was also very friendly, managing to be helpful without ever intruding. In short a great place to stay. Stew and family, Gloucester (August 2017) [Stangwrach Cottage]

Ash Tree Cottage is splendidly equipped not only for people with disabilities but also for young children. Every need had been anticipated, from the well designed wet room and specially equipped bedroom to providing a folding wheelchair and easy access to the car and garden. There was a multitude of toys, games and outdoor playthings for all ages, and the well laid out bedrooms and living space made family life relaxed and happy. The icing on the cake was to watch the great variety of birds, not to mention the grey squirrels, visiting various feeders visible from the kitchen and dining area windows. Highly recommend the Gardeners Cottage. Teresa and Wendell, East Sussex UK (October 2017) [Gardener's Cottage]

Can only agree with the other comments. It is so quiet and peaceful here we both slept really well. The views are fantastic even when it is raining. The cottage has everything you could want. I really hope we can come back. Thank you for everything. Jeanne and Rob, North Yorkshire uk (September 2017) [Gardener's Cottage]

Quiet location on a lane with great views from the rooms. We sat on our balcony watching Red Kites. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped.Very helpful owner. A great base for walking and exploring and locality. Ample private parking. In walking distance of the village pub. Lots to do locally. Would definitely return. Caron, Dorchester UK (August 2017) [Gardener's Cottage]

This is just a slice of perfection, book now, or forever regret! I arrived stressed, tired, and generally grumpy, left a totally different person. This is heaven thank you Grace. Tracy, Lincolnshire Uk (April 2017) [Gardener's Cottage]
