How to book in 3 Easy Steps.

If you are advised the dates are available print off a Booking Form PDF and fill in all areas required, then sign and date both sheets.

Ash Tree Lodge Booking Form

Post the booking form along with a cheque made payable to G.Maidment, equal to 50% of the total cost of the holiday as a deposit then send to: Stangwrach, Llanfynydd, Carmarthen. Carmarthenshire Wales UK SA32 7TG.

If you prefer to pay by Credit or Debit Card you can do so via PayPal - you do not have to have an account with PayPal to do this. Please note: a completed Booking Form will still be required.

Prefered payment options are by Cheque or Bank to Bank Transfer.

Less prefered option as you will incure a Transaction Fee is payment by BACS or Credit, Debit card through PayPal add 4% admin fee per transaction. (please be advised you do not need a paypal account to pay by paypal)

Important
Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
(If less than 6 weeks to holiday date we require payment in full)
Provisional bookings are held for 2 working days, then re-released if deposit is not received.
If there is a delay please inform us as soon as possible.
Electric is meter read with you on arrival and payable on departure.
Refundable Security deposite is payable on arrival. (cash required)
Arrivals: Saturday from 4.30pm.
Depart the following Saturday by 10.30am.

Summery
Stangwrach cottage prices are based on four persons, however there is a additional double sofa-bed in the twin room. Awarded 4 stars by The Welsh Tourist Board.

Ash Tree Lodge prices are based on 8 people sharing, add £20 extra
per person per night for numbers over 8. This self catering accommodation is awarded 5 stars by The Welsh Tourist Board. Full disabled access.
