Call 01558668287 or email us using the contact form to confirm if the dates you require are available. ( If you book marked our website in your browser, please refresh the page to make sure you are looking at a current version of the tariff, thank you.)

Step 2
If you are advised the dates are available print off a Printable Booking Form PDF and fill in all areas required, then sign and date both sheets.

(If you have trouble downloading the form it is usually because you need the Free Adobe Reader, go to the link below to download, then come back and you should be successfull in clicking the booking form and it will open in the adobe reader software. http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Step 3
Post the booking form along with a cheque made payable to Grace Maidment, equal to 50% of the total cost of the holiday as a deposit then send to:
Stangwrach, Llanfynydd, Carmarthen. Wales UK SA32 7TG
Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
(If less than 6 weeks to holiday date we require payment in full)

Important
Provisional bookings (ACD) are held for 5 working days, then re-released if deposit is not received. If there is a delay please inform us as soon as possible.
Electric is meter read with you on arrival and payable on departure.
Refundable Security deposite is payable on arrival. (cash required)
Arrivals: Saturday from 4.30pm.
Depart the following Saturday by 10.30am.

Stangwrach cottage prices are based on four persons only, further guests liable to an extra charge. Awarded 4 stars by The Welsh Tourist Board.

Ash Tree Lodge prices are based on 8 people sharing, add £25 extra
per person per night for numbers over 8. This self catering accommodation is awarded 5 stars by The Welsh Tourist Board. Full disabled access.
